About Us

Admin BPS was established for the primary purpose of providing full-service quality physician office management and billing. Over the years, we have found that the increased governmental regulations imposed on physician offices have placed significant stresses on internal billing employees and operations. Keeping up with these regulations have often caused turnover in the billing staff and left physicians with employees who are unable to keep up with the day to day billing demands. Admin BPS provides the expertise necessary to help identify the gaps in your billing processes as well as resources to help correct and manage them.

Our dedicated team has extensive experience in all areas of medical practice management. We have over 65 years combined experience in medical billing as well as actually working in and managing physician offices. We are not looking to be just your billing company, but rather an extension of your current practice environment.

Ms. Hudson has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. She has managed physician owned organizations in roles such as Executive Director, Operations Director and Chief Executive Officer for several large multi-specialty groups.

Her expertise lies in physician office practice management including detailed aspects of financial, operations and technology administration. She has significant knowledge of the revenue cycle and billing processes for physician offices. Additionally, Ms. Hudson has in depth working knowledge of physician recruitment, physician hospital employment, group mergers, employee payroll, benefits administration and office bookkeeping.

Ms. Hudson earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University and her Masters of Business Administration from Texas A & M University. She currently resides in The Woodlands, Texas with her husband and daughter.
